The goal with every client is to create a comprehensive action plan, in which the entire dental team is trained to be more efficient, create a Budget to work off of as a road map to successfully implement the Vision of the Practice Owner. Kelli Wilkerson-Chastain
Kelli Wilkerson-Chastain has been working in Business and Marketing throughout her whole career. She graduated with her Masters in Marketing from the University of Minnesota and went directly into high level management. After managing several large retail chains on a store and district level with much success, Kelli found her way to the dental industry in 2012 and worked for a large Corporate Dentistry company. With them, she launched and marketed new offices from the ground up, managed offices on an individual as well as a multi-unit level and worked in office alongside staff as well as taught classes for all front office and management roles to educate employees on best practices, auditing procedures and financials and how to implement these skills to help the doctors have a more successful business and practice.
Cindy Hartwell, Dental Benefits Specialist/ Advisor
Cindy Hartwell started her career in dental over 25 years ago as an RDA in private practice. She later transitioned into the role of Office Manager.
After a decade in private practice, she worked for a large dental insurance company for 16 years. While working in the insurance industry, Cindy held multiple roles, including dental claims auditor, grievance/appeals analyst, trainer, professional relations representative, and network specialist.
Following her years in the dental insurance industry, she used that experience while working for the California Dental Association. She consulted dentists and their teams on dental benefit plans, helping them navigate the ever-changing dental marketplace while advocating for them as a dental benefits analyst.
Daniel, Advisor
Daniel is a Bay Area native that has been in dentistry 20+ years, specializing in expanding pediatric and endodontic practices. He is dedicated to helping dental professionals navigate practice management, improving operational efficiency, enhancing patient experience, and overall practice growth.
On his free time, he enjoys hiking with his two dogs, Bailey and Bella.
BETSY GUERRERO, RDA
Hello my name is Betsy Guerrero and I am a Registered Dental assistant with 15 years experience in the dental field. I’m well rounded in all front and back office duties and have a passion for dentistry. When I have free time I love to spend it with my family and take trips to Disneyland. I have two cats and two dogs and each day contemplate adding and additional fur baby to the family.
ASHLEY, RDA
My name is Ashley, I have been doing remote services since March of 2022. I absolutely love being able to work from home and being able to be with my 2 beautiful kids more. I have been in the dental field for over 7 years as a RDA. Loved being able to multi task working in the back and also front office duties. My favorite hobbies are camping, boating and going on new adventures with my family.
Katelyn
Katelyn is the newest member of our billing team. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business at Kansas State University while competing as a member of their Division 1 Equestrian Team. Katelyn’s broad work experience ranges from retail customer service to accounts receivable and payroll. When she’s not working, Katelyn enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, working out, hiking with her two dogs and husband, reading a good book, and making candles.
